How do I restore my purchases?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Your purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored on any device.
I bought hints but they didn't appear. What do I do?
Try restarting the app. If the hints still don't appear, go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". If the issue persists, contact us at the email above.
How do hints work?
Tapping the Hint button during gameplay rotates one pipe to its correct orientation. Each use consumes one hint. You can purchase additional hints from the Shop or from the in-game popup when you run out.
How do I remove ads?
You can purchase the "Remove Ads" option from the Shop screen. This is a one-time purchase that permanently removes all banner and interstitial ads.
Where is my game progress stored?
All progress is stored locally on your device. We do not have servers or cloud storage. If you delete the app, your progress will be lost.
How many levels are there?
Pipixel has 250 levels across 5 worlds: Garden, Ocean, Cosmos, Jungle, and Volcano. Each world has 50 levels with increasing difficulty.
What do stars mean?
Stars are awarded based on how efficiently you solve each level. Fewer moves means more stars (up to 3). Try to connect all pipes with the minimum number of rotations!
